The number of digital photos in your gallery will vary depending on the session, but you can expect a wide selection of images.

My camera shoots up to 6 images per second, allowing us to capture many moments throughout your session, providing you with plenty of options for printing, albums, or any other use you have in mind.

You can easily download and share your images directly from the online gallery. Feel free to share the gallery with family and friends for convenient viewing and product orders.

You will also receive exclusive rights to download and print all the images from your gallery, giving you the freedom to create and share as you wish.

Your location is the starting point for your photo session, whether it’s a park, a studio, downtown, or by the lake. We'll explore the area to capture a variety of backgrounds and looks.

If we need to drive to a different spot, that will count as a new location.

To make the most of each location, it’s helpful if you can easily change outfits or add layers. This allows us to create diverse looks without moving to a different area.

 The number of outfits you can wear during your session will depend on the session type, location, and the number of people involved.

On average, clients typically change outfits once per 30 minutes of session time. To help maximize your time, I allow for about 30 extra minutes per hour for walking and wardrobe changes.

You’re welcome to change outfits as often as you’d like! However, keep in mind that the more time spent changing, the fewer photos we’ll have time to capture.

To make the most of your session, choose outfits that are easy to move in—consider how they work for walking, sitting, and bending. For quick variety, layering and selecting simple-to-change clothing can also help us maximize our time together.

When booking your session, plan for an additional 30 minutes per hour of session time to allow for walking and outfit changes. Keep this in mind when considering your start time.

The preferred time of day for outdoor lighting is considered "golden hour". Golden hour is by definition the hour the sun is coming up in the morning and the hour the sun is setting in the evening.

Fall and spring are the best times of year for golden hour photos. 

In the summer months in Idaho, the sun is bright and rises at 6:00 am, setting around 9:30pm. We do not schedule sessions for golden hour in the summer. Instead, recommendations will be made that best fit the location as well as the clients' schedule.

Morning session start times are recommended if shooting at a public location from June- early September in order to avoid crowds.  

Bright and sunny days are great for playing outdoors but clouds are wonderful for lighting and pretty sunsets.

Mid-October in the Boise area is the most popular for photos due to fall colors. All popular parks are extremely busy and session dates book out fast! If you want fall dates BOOK EARLY!

As a photographer, I have a variety of beautiful parks in mind that we can discuss during our planning call before your session. It's important to understand that these locations, whether in the Treasure Valley or McCall areas, are all situated on public land. This means they come with their own set of rules, conditions, and sometimes crowds, as well as potential fees.

If you have a specific location in mind outside of the ones I suggest, there may be additional fees to accommodate for extra time and travel. Let's work together to find the perfect spot that fits your vision and captures beautiful memories.

It's important to know that every photo session is different and always changing. Whether it's from a website, Pinterest, or my own camera, I can't guarantee we'll replicate an image. Everyone is unique, so your photos should be too.

I believe in not copying other photographers' work. We can get inspiration from their ideas, especially for poses and lighting. But our main focus is on making the most of the location and setting during your shoot, so your photos truly reflect who you are.

The Bonus Gift (print product included in packages) comes with a 90-day customization policy. You must customize your item within 90 days of the final gallery delivery and payment. If customization is not completed within this timeframe, White Fox Photography may select the product images and make customization choices on your behalf to ensure timely delivery.

I know life can be unpredictable. You can change your session date up to 72 hours before your session without any extra charge. If you reschedule with less notice, there may be a $50 fee. If you cancel entirely, you lose the full Session booking cost.

But if you can't make it and want someone else to enjoy the session, you can transfer the session to them for any package.

Gallery delivery times vary based on the time of year:

• Winter and Spring Sessions: 2-3 weeks

• Summer and Fall Sessions: 3-4 weeks

• Headshots: 1 week

Delivery times depend on the season and number of sessions ahead of yours, with summer & fall typically being the busiest time of year.

If you’re planning to purchase print products or need an album for a special occasion, it's best to book your session at least 2 months in advance. Be sure to communicate any deadlines prior to your session to allow enough time for the editing, ordering, and delivery process. Delivery times for prints and albums can vary, especially closer to the holiday seasons.

Please note that last-minute bookings will not receive expedited full galleries but can still receive a few images for yearbook or announcement purposes within that week to meet print deadlines.
